Here is a great picture from the Cornwall Railroad in Lebanon County PA. Does anyone have more information about this railroad?

Dry Ice cars were a litte known freight car that played an important part in manufacturing since before the turn of the century.The Mathieson Chemical Company located in Saltville Virginia and the Liquid Carbonic Corporation of Chicago were two companies that served many industries with this unique style of cars.

This photo appears to have been taken on the BAR. The derrick car has BAR marking that are barely distinguishable. Commments anyone?

Dennis Tiley wrote; I believe the photo was taken at the coal preparation plant at the end of the WM's Chaffee branch. This was located west of Luke, Maryland.

I recently decided to return to an old fimilar home page design. One that is more personal and down to earth. The photo above is one I found while digging through a box of photos at a train show. No caption, no location given, but we know the subject matter. Now it's up to you to fill in the blanks.
