I'm please to announce the EBT 35 ton triple hopper project is moving along on schedule.
Here are a few shots of the pilot model that was recently shown at the East Coast large scale show in York PA.
These cars were built by the railroad and re-built over their life span as deemed necessary by the railroad.
some cars received extensions to increase capacity from 35 to 40 tons. Some cars were dedicated to rock service but most of the fleet was dedicated to coal.
Over the last several years card have been sold to various other Narrow gauge railroads including;
White Pass and Yukon RR, Sumpter Valley RR, Cumbres & Toltec Scenic RR,Durango and Silverton RR and a few others.
Painted undecorated car will be available as well as trucks.
